Dave has over 42 years in enrollment management mostly at 4-year, private liberal arts colleges and universities. He has over 25 years of vice-presidential leadership resulting in institutional growth & development, including leadership responsibility in the areas of student admission, financial aid, registration and records, student life, NCAA intercollegiate athletics, student retention and first year experience programming. Proven record in strategic planning, financial aid development and intercollegiate athletic programming resulting in record enrollment growth, increased revenue and initiatives supporting retention. Led enrollment management divisions as Vice President at seven private, liberal arts colleges and universities resulting in enrollment growth at each. Implemented enrollment programs and strategies resulting in a diverse student body, heightened revenue stream, increased transfer and nontraditional student mix and improved retention outcomes. Implemented collaboration and strategic direction across campus departments and divisions heightening the institutional enrollment philosophy at each institution served. Dave recently completed interim assignment as VP of Enrollment at the University of the Pacific.
